How much do I save with a subscription?

You’ll save 15% off every subscription order—no code needed. The discount is automatically applied when you choose the Subscribe & Save option.

Can I choose how often my product ships?

Yes! You can select the delivery frequency that works best for you—every 30, 45, or 60 days. You’ll see these options when adding a product to your subscription.

Will I be notified before each order ships?

Yes! We’ll send you a reminder email a few days before your next order ships. You’ll have time to make any changes before we process it.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription. You can pause, skip a shipment, update your delivery date, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard—no strings attached.

Can I add more products to my subscription?

Definitely! You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account. From there, you can add products, adjust quantities, or change your delivery schedule.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account—no emails or phone calls needed. Just go to Manage Subscriptions, find the product you want to cancel, and hit “Cancel Subscription.”

What happens if one of my subscription products is out of stock?

If an item in your subscription is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, it won’t ship—but don’t worry, you won’t be charged for that item. We’ll send you an update and resume deliveries as soon as it’s back.

There was an issue with one of the products in my subscription. What do I do?
