Any order purchased directly from innbeautyproject.com and received within the last 30 days is eligible for a return (minus the shipping cost!). Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and we'd be happy to help!

Exchanges are processed as return-for-refunds (product must be unopened and unused and within 30 days of purchase). You will receive a refund if your product matches said criteria and then you can re-purchase the product from the website.
